A small site with a narrow subject, where the only figures stated come from a federal rule anybody can go and read.

Briefly

A faucet is repaired by whoever turns up, and that is never us. FaucetMend belongs to NXTA Flow; it stocks no parts and quotes no prices, and the one date it publishes comes from EPA’s material on the lead-free rule.

FaucetMend is a referral service, not a contractor. We connect homeowners with independent contractors. Contractors are required to hold whatever credential their state or municipality demands. We carry out no work, we sell no fixtures, we do not set prices, and we never charge homeowners anything — the contractors in our network pay us when we route them a call. Nothing here is a statement about the water at any address; only a test of that water can tell you about it.

A narrow site about one fixture

FaucetMend is a referral service operated by NXTA Flow. We connect homeowners with independent contractors for faucet repair and replacement.

The site is small deliberately. The coverage page sets out why there are no town pages on it.

The published material behind it

One federal rule carries every figure on this site, and it is named and linked on each page that uses it:

Everything else here is mechanism and method, which is the same in every state and needs no citation because it asserts no measurement.

The three things it refuses to say

Anything about the water at any address. Any price. Any repair-or-replace verdict. Each refusal is explained on its own page rather than left as a silence, so a reader can see which questions we declined and judge the ones we answered.
